Eldeco is founded.
1985–1995 · Market growth
EHIL is listed on the BSE, and a 200-acre township is developed in joint venture with the Lucknow Development Authority.
1996–2005 · Expansion
EIPL is incorporated in 2000 to start operations in Delhi NCR.
2006–2015 · Townships & industry
Integrated townships follow in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Panipat and Sonipat, and Eldeco is awarded a 1,096-acre industrial township in Uttarakhand.
2016–2022 · Recognition
EHIL is listed on the NSE, with investments in commercial projects in Malviya Nagar and Kashmere Gate, Delhi.
2023 · Terra Grande
The vacation-homes vertical launches in Sirmaur, HP and Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
2024 · Gurugram launch
