What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to submit through our enquiry forms: your name, mobile number (with country code) and email address. You may also choose to add the project you're interested in, a preferred site-visit date and time, configuration, budget, purchase timeline, purpose and a message. We record the page you submitted from and your IP address for security.

We do not offer user accounts, and we do not collect payment, card or bank details on this website.

How We Use It

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. That includes calling, sending SMS or WhatsApp messages and emailing you about the project(s) you asked about, sharing price sheets and floor plans, and arranging site visits. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted for this purpose, even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC registry, as stated next to every form.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your enquiry with the developer's sales team, or with our own authorised representatives, only so that they can service your enquiry.

Cookies & Third-Party Services

This website does not set any analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Pages with maps embed Google Maps, and video walkthroughs load YouTube only when you click play; those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Your browser may store small local preferences.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as necessary to service your enquiry and meet legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

Forms are submitted over HTTPS and processed on our server. Enquiries are sent by email to an internal sales inbox and are not stored in a public database.
