Most people who call us about Dwarka start with the same line: “I didn't think anyone was still launching new projects there.” Fair enough. Dwarka's sectors were planned and largely built out years ago, which is exactly why a fresh luxury launch inside one of them gets attention.
Eldeco Camelot sits in Sector 17, on a plot of 7,421.23 sq m. And the first thing you notice is how little they've chosen to build on it.
Small on purpose
There are just two towers and 95 homes in all. Each floor has only two or three apartments, and every home is a three-side-open corner unit. In practice, that means fewer neighbours sharing your lift, more daylight in more rooms, and a skyline that doesn't feel crowded.
The details follow the same idea. Ceilings are 11 ft clear. The terraces wrapping each home are 8–10 ft wide — wide enough to put a proper dining table out there, not just a couple of chairs. Each apartment opens through its own private foyer of 80–150 sq ft, and every home gets three dedicated car parks. If you've ever juggled two cars and a visiting parent's car in a Delhi society, you'll appreciate that last one.
What's around it
This is where Sector 17 quietly does a lot of work. According to the developer's brochure:
- The DDA Sports Complex is about 0.9 km away
- Sector 13 Dwarka Metro Station is about 1.9 km
- Urban Extension Road-II is about 5 km, and Dwarka Expressway about 6.3 km
- Yashobhoomi Convention Centre is about 6 km
- IGI Airport and Aerocity are each around 12 km
The planned Diplomatic Enclave 2 and an upcoming international cricket stadium also sit within about 6 km. Upcoming projects take time, so we never ask anyone to buy on a promise alone. But the roads and the metro are already there today.
The fine print we like
Camelot is registered with Delhi RERA under DLRERA2026P0002. The layout plan was approved by the MCD in November 2025. The developer also discloses that the project is funded by and mortgaged with PNB Housing Finance. That kind of upfront disclosure is a good sign, and it's something you can check yourself on the RERA portal.
Sizes, prices and timing
The current price list puts the 3 BHK at 2,800 sq ft from ₹7.84 Cr and the 4 BHK at 3,600 sq ft from ₹10.10 Cr, excluding taxes and other charges. Both come with a servant room. Payment is split into four equal 25% instalments linked to construction, and possession is listed for November 2030.
One tip: the official floor plans show RERA carpet area for specific units — 1,419 sq ft for a 3 BHK with study, for instance — so ask for the carpet area of the exact unit you're considering. And in a 95-home project, the good floors and facings go early.
If Dwarka is on your list, Camelot is worth seeing before it fills up. We're happy to arrange a visit and walk you through the options without any pressure.
